"Hey", the computer guy
03:57
|
|||
Today it’s a “Hey buddy”, from a new guy down in sales
Guess he needs some help with a gadget he got in the mail
You wouldn’t even talk to me, if it weren’t so very clear
You need my help here
“Hey!”, the computer guy is here,
To erase all your fears,
He’ll fix all your pop-ups and hide all your porn
And then dis-a-pear
Hey! the computer guy was here
Next it’s the cutie, down at the reception desk,
She’ll try and flirt with me,
And say she’s really got herself in a mess
Truth of the matter is, you don’t even know my name,
But I’ll help you just the same
“Hey!”, the computer guy is here,
To erase all your fears,
He’ll fix all your pop-ups and hide all your porn
And then dis-a-pear
Hey! the computer guy was here
Someday I’ll find a way,
To show them I have a name,
And to get ‘em to just once use it
Phones ringing again with a call from that boss of mine,
Wonder what scam he’s wrapped up in this time
‘Course it doesn’t matter much since we all know he’ll just blame me,
Oh well....lets see...
“Hey!”, the computer guy is here,
To erase all your fears,
He’ll fix all your pop-ups and hide all your porn
and then dis-a-pear
Hey! the computer guy was here

That's what she said
03:49
|
|||
Feels like we're in too deep this time,
Has it always been so hard,
Can't keep on top of you 24-7,
But I never can get enough.
That's what she said,
(Yes she did)
That's what she said,
(over and over again)
That's what she said,
(I'm serious, she really did)
That's what she said
Sometimes I think it's got too big,
Like there's no more room at all,
When you give your love I'm not sure where to put it,
Guess I'll have to be flexibile
That's what she said,
(Yes she did)
That's what she said,
(over and over again)
That's what she said,
(Dude I'm serious, she totally did)
That's what she said
When my tank is running low,
And I thirst for you just like you'll never know,
You fill me up till I,
Just might overflow
That's what she said,
(Yes she did)
That's what she said,
(over and over again)
That's what she said,
(I'm not even kidding bro, she actually did)
That's what she said

Doesn’t seem that long ago
We had it so hard
Finding ways to keep in touch
Now this future living
Has got me so afraid
That it might just consume us
This modern world
Total state of connection,
So many ways now
To make that connection,
So why’s it so hard
To keep our connection...alive
When you’re moving at 2400 bits per second
Might lose a few packets along the way,
We’ve been movin’ at 2400 bits per second
Now our link’s showing signs of decay
Seems like just yesterday
We were walkin hand in hand
Now all I’ve got is your wall
Our ports no longer parallel
We’re missin’ crucial .DLL’s
No compatible resolution in sight
When you’re moving at 2400 bits per second
Might lose a few packets along the way,
We’ve been movin’ at 2400 bits per second
Now our link’s showing signs of decay
So hard to deal with PDA’s
When you’re roaming oh so far away
Iron clad in Tamriel
My hard disk’s now a floppy drive
Our BNC has no keep alive
And I’ve lost your trusted key
When you’re moving at 2400 bits per second
Might lose a few packets along the way,
We’ve been movin’ at 2400 bits per second
Now our link’s showing signs of decay

Thunderbrat Blues
02:07
|
|||
My home world's slowly dying
I got nowhere left to go
The Thundercats just left me here
Oh, fuck that Lion-O
I've known him since we were kids
Silver saucer in his mouth
He's the first to cry and to tell us why
Why Jaga likes him best
Chorus
Oh its no wonder that we're
The ones who've been left here
Us common cats always getting screwed
Thudera's eying
Everyone is crying
Yeah my home world is dying blues.
Shouldn't they have saved us?
Not turn their tails and go?
Thunderbrat stole my girl,
Cheetara you HOOOOOO!

Warez
03:40
|
|||
There's a place I go, To get exactly what I need,
When I just don't have a dime to spend
Downloading games, And photoshop for free,
Federales will never capture me
And they call it warez,
Though it's not exactly just how it's said
But I don't really care,
Since it, sounds so much cooler this way.
Zero day, not all cracks included,
Maybe I'll just hop on IRC
Leech account, on this private FTP,
Where they'll never ever look for me
And they call it warez,
Though it's not exactly just how it's said
But I don't really care,
Since it, sounds so much cooler this way.
Three hours in, comes a bangin' on my door,
Seems they've finally come, to take me in,
For heinous crimes against intellectual property
Now I'm in a different kind of Juarez,
On the run, from several hundred federal officers,
But down in this Juarez,
I'm free to download, pretty much whatever I please,
Though only at...dial-up speeds

Underground
03:17
|
|||
We rode on into Gaptooth Breach,
Marstens posse running sixteen deep,
Weren't looking for trouble but had a promise to keep,
We'd find them scoundrels and put em deep,
Underground, underground
When we arrived they had an ambush set for us,
Guess a six gun is all a man can trust,
So we all drew and we let them bullets fly,
And when the smoke cleared not one was left alive,
We put 'em deep, Underground
Put 'em deep, Underground
That was when, some strange things started happening,
All them scoundrels began to rise again,
No matter how many bullets we put in em,
They just won't stay deep,
Underground, won't go deep, Underground
Right about then our numbers started to dwindle,
The posse count is down to ten,
And before we could even burry 'em,
Our fallen brothers began to rise again,
Won't go deep, Underground
Won't go deep, Underground
One by one, they all began to turn,
And they tried to eat our brains while they burned,
So we took what was left of our rations,
And we fled deep, Underground,
Chased us deep, Underground
We took refuge in an old abandoned mine,
Knowin' we're workin' with borrowed time,
So we spent our last few moments here on Earth,
Drinkin' whiskey deep beneath the earth,
Way deep, Underground
Fightin' zombies, Underground
Gettin' toasty, Underground

Lord Kelvin
04:52
|
|||
Lord Kelvin, Worked alone in his lab,
Though he had fame and fortune,
They weren't the most important things he had,
It was the love of a fine woman,
The love of his life,
And in three days time they'd be wed and,
Spend the rest of their lives,
Together.
A breakthrough, something too small to see,
But it was so large, it would change the way time is perceived,
He worked all through the night,
And on through the next,
And when he finally emerged from his lab he'd found,
That his love had left.
And he swore, he'd never be late again,
And he'd find a way to make it a certainty,
And he swore, he'd never be late again,
And he'd never let his work come before his love,
If he found it again.
He was nighted, recognized for all his brilliance,
But through it all, it somehow didn't fulfill him,
He'd think back, to that summer day,
To the love of his life,
And how he'd give it all away if only,
To return his wife.
And he swore, he'd never be late again,
And he'd find a way to make it a certainty,
And he swore, he'd never be late again,
And he'd never let his work come before his love,
If he found it again.
Many years later, while roaming his grounds,
Reflecting on his achievements,
And counting his millions of pounds.
His mind drifts back to that summer day,
To the love of his life,
And how despite his greatest efforts he,
Never could quite make it right...
Still he swore, he'd never be late again,
And he'd find a way to make it a certainty,
And he swore, he'd never be late again,
And he'd never let his work come before his love...

Ballad of E.L.Brown
03:43
|
|||
He stood upon his toilet seat,
One dark and dreary day,
And suddenly that seat beneath him,
Violently gave way,
Then the Doc came crashing down
Onto his porcelain throne,
And into his giant brain,
A notion did occur.
So onto a paper sketch,
The Doc did diagram,
A strange formation never before seen by man,
Upon it's completion he did just realize,
He'd just created the means,
To travel through time.
After years of toil,
He finally did produce,
All dressed in steel and wires,
Plutonium in it's caboose,
When it reached that magic speed,
Twin fire trails behind,
A sonic boom, a flash of light,
He'd gone back in time.
He started out in '85 with his DeLorean,
Then to 1955 and then came back again,
Back to the future, to try and save the day,
Until an old man split time with the almanac of Gray.
Through many years and two timelines the Doc did explore,
All with the help of one young man,
An orange vest he wore,
Upon his makeshift skateboard he road and saved the day,
All the while teaching his da-daddy-o,
What to say.
Back to 1955 to stop what had gone wrong,
Then lightning struck, and the Doc was gone,
Stuck in 1885 no way to get back home,
'Til a flying train gave him time again to roam.

I haven’t had my coffee yet,
So it’s not wise to cut me off,
While texting, and driving, and drinkin’ yours
I haven’t had my coffee yet,
And if I don’t soon I just might,
Start re-enacting scenes from “Falling Down”
Oh but when I get my Joe,
You will surely know,
‘Cuz I’m like an F-18
Caffeinated energy in the sky
In the sky
I haven’t had my coffee yet,
Screw productivity and 5 hour energy,
I might just tackle a barrista
Oh but when I get my Joe,
You will surely know,
‘Cuz I’m like an F-18
Caffeinated energy in the sky
In the sky
Aeropress in my hand,
I don’t expect you to understand,
‘Cuz I’m only moments away,
From my caffeinated bliss,
Oh it’s bliss

Oh they say, you're bad for me,
Oh but Babe, I've gotta disagree,
Even though, you're a little fatty,
I never notice when you're oh-so-crispy
In the morning, I smell you in the air,
And I can taste you on my tongue,
I can see you, laid out before me,
Taste your skin, it's oh-so-salty
Even though, you leave behind a greasy pan,
I don't mind, it reminds me of you all day long,
I know you are never more than a car ride away,
Much closer than six degrees
In the morning, I smell you in the air,
And I can taste you on my tongue, (Mmm mmm)
I can see you, laid out before me,
Taste your skin, it's oh-so-salty
Oh I know, you've burnt me in the past,
But Babe, those scars never seem to last,
I can hear you call out to me,
From under the safety of the splatter screen
In the morning, I smell you in the air,
And I can taste you on my tongue,
I can see you, laid out before me,
Taste your skin, it's oh-so-salty
